About Us

We're Michael and Amber Arriaga, along with our five kids—Brylie, Braelyn, Bella, Bradley, and Braxton. We didn't start out planning to run a farm, but we ended up building one trying to solve a family problem.

Our health journey started over a decade ago when our children started coming along. Suddenly, we had seven people who needed good food, and we became obsessed with being resourceful. Everything on our property, and every single purchase, has a purpose: improve the farm, improve our family's health, and improve our quality of life.

We are all lactose intolerant. Or so we thought. Having a family that couldn't enjoy milk was frustrating, and we really missed it. When we first heard about raw milk, we were eager to try it, but also nervous—partly because of the intolerance and partly because of the general stigma around raw milk.

It was delicious, but we couldn't just settle for "delicious." We needed to be certain about what we were drinking.

We decided to treat this like a full-time investigation. We spent hours visiting farms across the world, talking to farmers, and diving deep into different milking and farming practices. We wanted to make absolutely sure we knew what we were doing, that we could do it well, and that we could feel good about sharing the milk with our  family, friends, and neighbors.

That's how we learned about the A2A2 protein, which is much easier for people with lactose intolerance to digest. We also learned certain cow breeds naturally produce higher levels of beneficial vitamins. We sought out those exact cows to build our herd.

We originally just wanted better food for our own family, and somewhere along the way, we built something we never planned on. We’re proud of our herd and the milk we produce. We genuinely love the hands-on work and connecting with everyone in this community, whether you're a consumer or a large-scale farmer. We're grateful for this life and this community that we share.
