Our Beef Is Coming This December

A rotating assortment of ground beef, steaks, roasts, and other cooking cuts selected by the farm. Each item is one individually sealed package, targeting about a pound, and actual weights vary by cut. Specific cuts aren’t guaranteed.

Box prices are per fulfillment, before home delivery. Farm pickup and scheduled in-person pickup are included. Home delivery for boxes is $15 per fulfillment on our established delivery routes.

Hanging weight is the weight of the carcass before it’s cut and packaged. Bulk beef is priced per pound of hanging weight, and your take-home weight will be lower because processing removes bone, fat, and trim.

It depends on the actual hanging weight allocated to your order. As an example, from a 600-pound hanging animal, a quarter (150 lb) comes to $1,350, a half (300 lb) to $2,625, and a whole (600 lb) to $5,100. Standard processing is included.

Deposits are $250 for a quarter, $500 for a half, and $1,000 for a whole, and they apply toward your final price. The remaining balance is calculated from the actual hanging weight allocated to your order and is due before fulfillment. Deposits are refundable until your processing slot is confirmed, or if we can’t fulfill your order.

Standard processing is included in the price. Optional specialty processing is quoted and approved separately.
